Finding Balance Through Yoga

Balance in yoga begins with a stable base. Grounding into your body helps you feel steady, supported, and connected. From there, focus naturally follows , you learn to bring awareness into each breath, each movement, and each moment.

In our asana practice we strengthen the body, sharpen the mind, and cultivate a calm, centered presence.

Every wobble is part of the process, teaching patience, awareness, and trust in ourselves.

DESERT SUNSET YOGA 

There’s something magical about practicing yoga while the sun melts into the dunes.

Imagine this: we arrive at the camp just before sunset. The desert is quiet… like the world pressed pause. We roll out our mats on the soft sand, feeling the warmth beneath our feet. As we begin to move and breathe, the sky changes color, gold, orange, pink and suddenly everything feels possible.

After yoga, we gather around a long table under the stars for a delicious dinner. No rush, no distractions… just real conversations with new people who somehow feel familiar. The kind of connection that only happens when we’re all present in the same moment, sharing the same beauty.

Later, we sit around the bonfire ; barefoot, relaxed, music playing softly in the background, laughing, storytelling, letting the desert hold our thoughts and our dreams.

And then… we sleep in cozy tents, surrounded by silence and millions of stars. Just us, nature, and that deep sense of peace that only the desert can give.

In the morning, before the world wakes up, we watch the sunrise with a warm tea in our hands.

A new day. A new beginning. A new version of ourselves.

A desert escape that stays in your heart long after you return.

ABOUT ME 

WHAT YOU WILL FIND HERE ?

So ... let me tell you a little bit about me.
Im Mexican, and I’ve been living in Abu Dhabi since 2014. Moving to the desert awakened my resilience and my ability to adapt. Yoga became my anchor , it helped me create my own space, shape my life, find my rhythm, and build a new home with my family.

Through yoga, I learned to come back to myself and realize that everything I needed to begin this new chapter was already within me. Yoga taught me how to let go, detach from my old life, that´s not esasy "BTW" and embrace the new.

It’s been TEN years on this journey . a beautiful adventure filled with challenges, growth, and meaningful connections. And today, after everything I’ve learned and lived, this is what I’m here to share with you.

My approach is all about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel part of something bigger; a warm, vibrant community where we support, inspire, and grow together.
